Q. How do I place an order?
A.To place an order just simply choose your size or color where applicable, add the items to your cart and follow the instructions during checkout.
Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. No sorry we do not have a printed catalogue.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Sorry, currently we are a retail sales only company. We do not sell wholesale.
Q. What happens if an item is out of stock?
A. Once a style is gone its gone for good, we do not restock. If you order an item and it is out of stock you will be refunded for purchase price.
Q. What if I want to cancel my order?
A. All orders ship within 24hrs if you want to cancel your order you must phone immediately. If it is after hours then please leave a message.
Payments
Q. What kind of payments do you accept?
A.For Canada and USA we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
Credit Cards: All credit card transactions will be converted to Canadian funds before being processed. You will be issued a copy of your credit card receipt which will show your total in Canadian funds along with your paid invoice showing it in USD. For all credit card transactions the shipping and billing addresses must match or your order will be cancelled. We only ship credit card orders to the credit card billing address. Sorry for any inconvenience this is done to prevent fraud.
PayPal: All Paypal transactions will go through in US Dollars. If you do not have USD in your paypal account paypal will convert your CAN funds. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.
*All international orders outside of Canada and USA must pay with paypal.
We will also accept email money transfers, however you must phone in your order and then we will send you the required information.
Q. If you are located in Canada why are your prices in US dollars?
A. Our Ecommerce is provided through Yahoo and unfortunately we are not able to choose another currency.
Q. Is my information protected?
A.Yes, all the information collected during checkout is transmitted securely via Secure Sockets Layer SSL, 128 bit encryption services. Pages utilizing this technology will have URLs that start with HTTPS instead of HTTP. You will be able to see the URL in the checkout page is https.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. All credit card transactions will show on your statement as Plenty of Dresses.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A.Yes we are legally obligated to collect the sales tax of the province the product is being shipped to. Our tax table is as follows BC 12% HST

All other provinces or territories is 5% GST
We do not charge sales tax on international orders.
Q. What currency are your prices?
A. Prices are shown in USD and CAN.
Prices in shopping cart are only displayed in USD.

Q. How do I use a coupon?
A. If there are any active coupons when you are ready to checkout enter coupon code where it says "Gift Certificate Code" and then click apply. You will then see the discount applied to your order.

A.Canada - Free on all orders over $75.00.
For orders less then $75.00 flat rate $9.99 or express $14.99.

A.We ship all packages with Canada Post.
Q. How long will it take until my order is shipped?
A. All orders ship within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

A. Yes you can just choose local pick up during checkout and you won't be charged for shipping.

Q. Will I get a tracking number?
A. Yes. All orders come with tracking numbers.
Q. What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
A. If the address provided was incorrect the item will be returned to us and then you will be given 2 options.
Option 1: Refund for the cost of your products less any charges that may have occurred
Option 2: We will ship it to the correct address when payment is received for additional shipping cost and any charges that may have occurred.

Q. How do your sizes run?
A. Our clothing is mostly junior sizes so they do run small. Please see our sizing guide for more details.
Q. Can you tell me what size I need if I give you my measurements?
A. We will be happy to assist you in finding the right dress style and size for your body. Please email us the item numbers you are interested in and your measurements and we will do our best to help you choose a correct size.
Returns
Q. What is your return policy?
A.If you are not 100% satisfied with the clothing you have purchased you may send it back for an exchange or refund.
EXCHANGES: We will happily exchange your item for another size or even a totally different item of equal or lesser value and we will ship your exchange to you for free!! Simply send it back with the receipt from your package in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume,smoke or any other odor with all clothing tags still attached for up to 14 days after receiving it and write on your receipt the item title, item number, and size that you'd like instead. We recommend checking our site to ensure the item you request is available in the requested size. After an item has already been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again or returned again. If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is non refundable. If we do not have your item(s) in stock at the time we receive your item(s) back we will issue you a refund of the item(s) purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable- we can not hold items for pending exchanges, so we recommend returning the items asap to ensure your exchanges will still be available.
* Exchange shipping is Expedited Parcel only. You must pay $14.99 if you want your exchanges sent back Express.
RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds will be given for the value of the products purchase price. If items were purchased using a gift certificate then a store credit will be issued.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE: Simply repackage the item and mail it back Canada Post regular parcel to the address listed below. Items must be in the mail within 14 days of receiving them. Please include your original invoice and make a note of why you are returning the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed therefore we recommend packing the item as small as possible for a lower shipping charge. If there is a breakable piece on an item such as a brooch please insure you pack it well to avoid it getting broken, if an item is returned broken you will not receive a refund. If you would like an email confirmation of when your return or exchange is received you must email us first to notify us of your return and we will reply once we have received it. sales@plentyofdresses.com
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Item must be unworn with no odors, smoke, perfume, etc.) and all original tags must be attached. If you remove the clothing tags it will be considered worn.
2. Item MUST be in the mail within 14 days of receiving it. Please include copy of your original order invoice
3. Earrings, necklace sets that contain earrings, body jewelry, and swimwear are final sale and can not be returned for hygienic reasons.
4. Sale items are non-returnable all sales are final on sale items.
*If the above requirements are not met your order may still be eligible for return but with a 30% restocking fee - all return postage charges for refused return items must be paid for by the customer - NO EXCEPTIONS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN FOR ANY REASON.
Please note if you choose to return an item any shipping promotion you have received i.e. Free shipping ($9.99) will be deducted from the refund if the return makes your original invoice less then $75. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and is the customers responsibility unless a mistake was made by us(wrong color, size, or style). This includes original shipping and return shipping. If a mistake was made by us return shipping must be sent regular standard parcel, if you choose to send an item back express you will only be refunded the approximate cost of regular standard parcel. All items are inspected before being shipped to you to insure that it meets the highest standards in quality.
Please allow 7 days after we receive your package to process return items. In most cases the refund will be reflected in your balance within 7 to 14 business but depending upon your credit card company's processing speed it may take up to one full billing cycle.
